Where to get good telescopes in Bangalore ?
HI All,
My name is Diwakar . I am new to BAS. I would want to know where in Bangalore we would get good Astronomical telescope ?
Though i have interest in Astronomy since childhood days i have not been to get hold of a good telescope / Binoculars/
Any suggestion is welcome .!
Any weblike where i can find info?

Hello Akarshsimha,
Try at Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium. Every Sunday ( 6pm ) there will be a forum where they will even teach u how to construct telescope. Thats very much interesting !

Yes. There's a group called ABAA which meets in the basement of the planetarium on Sundays. It's a good place to learn to make your own telescope. I made my telescope there.
