Report - Annual General Body meeting

The Bangalore Astronomical Society's AGM for the term 2008-2009, was held on the 10th of October 2009 at Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium ,Bangalore .It was attended by over 15 BAS members , thus satisfying the quorum of the meeting. The meeting was presided by the Vice president of the Society, Mr. Naveen Nanjundappa.

A detailed report on the Activities of the society for the previous term along with the financial report was presented at the meeting by the Vice president,Naveen L N. Furthermore he elaborated on the upcoming activities of the Society and matters pertaining to those were put forth during the meeting.Members were encouraged to present their suggestions and questions during the meeting . Upon acceptance of the reports presented and there being no further business, the meeting closed at 5.55 pm.
